Mayfield Gates ("we", "our", "us") designs, sources and installs bespoke gates across the UK. This policy explains how we look after the personal information you share with us when you visit mayfieldgates.co.uk or get in touch about a project.

2. What we collect

We collect only what we need to quote and manage your job:

• Your name, email, phone number and postcode
• Details of the project you are asking about
• Business name where the enquiry is commercial
• Standard website analytics (pages visited, device type)

3. How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, arrange a survey, produce drawings and quotes, and if you become a customer, to manage the installation and ongoing servicing. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months if the job does not proceed. Customer records are retained for 7 years for warranty and tax purposes.

5. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access to the data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccuracies, or ask us to delete it entirely. Email info@mayfieldes.co.uk and we will respond within 30 days.
